Dear Property Owner,
The annual meeting of the Tri-County Point Property Owners' Association, Inc. will be held on October 9, 2021 at 5:00 pm.
The meeting will be held in person and online.
President, the Vice President, the Treasurer and the Secretary will be up for election at the annual meeting. The Association is seeking nominations for those who desire to run for the Board. We look forward to having candidates who wish to lend their experience and knowledge to address the issues of the Subdivision and to continue the improvement of the Association.
We hope that you will give consideration to being a candidate for the Board of Directors. To be eligible to run for and serve on the Board of Directors, you must be an owner of a lot in the Boca Chica Subdivision Sections I - 8.
If you wish to run for the Board of Directors, please send a Statement of Candidacy to the address below, which contains the following information:
Your name, contact information, mailing address and property address (if different from your mailing address). Please also include an email address if you have one, so members may contact you with questions prior to balloting in order to help them make their voting decisions.
Include a brief biography that contains your background, education, work experience, previous experience with other property owners' associations or other organizations which are governed by a board of directors.
Include your vision statement for the Association - why you believe you would be a good director, what your priorities for the Association are, how you stand on the issues, etc.

To be eligible to run for the board of directors the office needs to have your Statement of Candidacy by 5:00 pm on September 15, 2020.
